We do cover the whole of Everglades Park, so occasionally we are to be found on the East Coast, nearer Miami or Ft. Lauderdale. Most of our hiking trips originate on the east side of the state at the Flamingo Visitor Center of FL Everglades National Park.

This Web site owned and operated by Chicago Kayak, one of the few legally permitted guiding services in Everglades National Park, fully insured and committed to keeping the wilderness beautiful! We live, work and play in the SW portion of Florida for 10 months each the year!  Check out our midwest trips and classes at www.chicagokayak.com

About our Trips
Generally we have a small group, looking to seek out quiet areas to explore hidden bays, travel thru  mangrove tunnels, camp on far away islands.

Our Mulit-day trips are all very rustic- backcountry trips with no services.  If you have not had any camping experience or kayaking experience, you may want to consider taking a tour or class with us first to get some training.  The more prepared you are, the better you will enjoy your trip.
